Meet the event team:
Kasae Fraser
Masterchef Finalist and co-founder of leading Bath private dining business 'Our Table', Kasae will be cooking with Lilliput Farm Pasture-Fed, Organic Hereford Beef and Vegetables from local supplier Middleground Growers.
Our event will run on the 29th of August from 18:30 onwards taking guests through 8 courses, with an optional wine pairing for each.
Meet the event team:
Vincent Gatay
Hailing from France and current Co-founder of Our Table, Vincent began working with Kasae in Australia, cooking in a hatted restaurant on the Mornington Peninsula.
They then moved to New Zealand and continued to cook in exciting fine dining restaurants like Gemmayze street bistro and Paris butter.
After spending a year there, they moved to Sweden and cooked in Michelin star restaurants Operakallaren and Oaxen Krog.

Max Waters
From Vienna, Max brings the professionalism and cosmopolitan flair of Viennese café culture to Lilliput as our Restaurant Manager.
Max has designed the evening's exceptional wine pairings.
He will lead the event's Front of House team to showcase how youthful innovation, traditional organic farming practices and spectacular South Cotswolds views can put West Country dining on the map.
