Chef Andrew Jenkinson is an award winning chef whose work is defined by precision, elegance, and respect for provenance. After eight years at Lucknam Park’s Michelin starred restaurant, he went on to win four trophies at the South West Chef of the Year Awards 2023, including Overall Chef of the Year, Professional Chef of the Year, Best Menu, and Best Meat Dish. His philosophy is simple: to honour the land, the seasons, and the farmers who make extraordinary ingredients possible.
Maître d’hôtel Fanny Donzelot, originally from the South of France, has worked in fine dining restaurants and five star hotels across Europe.
