It’s not theatre. It’s how food should be.
The Beef
We raise our own native-breed Hereford cattle, 100% pasture-fed and certified Pasture for Life & Organic.
That means no grain, no soya, no “grass-fed” spin - just proper grazing, slow growth, and full traceability.

It’s beef with flavour and structure. You can taste the difference.
And you can see where it came from.


The Menu
The menu changes often, depending on what’s best that week and, because we work nose-to-tail, what's available from each animal.

We build our food around what we raise and what we’d want to eat: well-sourced ingredients, bold flavour, a bit of restraint.
​
We like fire, pickles, slow cooking, proper sauces, fresh herbs, and not too much fuss.
